Ground Chicken and Rice Bowl with Cabbage Slaw
This is a great recipe to meal prep! I reheated leftover ground chicken and paired with shelled edamame (that I had in my freezer!), sautéed snow peas, and a cabbage slaw. Customize based on whatever protein (tofu/tempeh/salmon/ground beef), grain (quinoa/noodles), veg (broccoli/zucchini/bok choy) you prefer/have on hand.
